Refund policy
At Inkstella, each product is carefully created to bring joy to our customers. Since many of our products are made-to-order and personalised, we follow a transparent refund and replacement policy as outlined below.

1. No Returns on Customised Products
All customised or personalised products (including mugs, magnets, photo products, or items made using customer-provided designs or text) are not eligible for return or refund once the order has been placed and processed.
Please ensure all details (photos, spellings, colours, and design choices) are reviewed carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
We offer a free replacement if you receive a product that is:
- Physically damaged during transit
- Defective or broken
- Incorrect product received (different from what was ordered)
Conditions:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory showing the package seal and the damaged/incorrect item clearly
- Photos alone may not be sufficient in some cases
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video. After verification, the missing item will be shipped to you.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible due to stock or operational constraints.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.

5. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- If you wish to cancel immediately after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible
- Cancellation requests after processing begins will not be accepted

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Inkstella is not responsible for delays or losses caused due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery location
Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
